As we argue, building and scaling an EV Charging infrastructure is extremely hard, and deep technical expertise provided by a dedicated human force can be the crucial factor of success in this endeavor.
Through the years, we've been honored to work (and continue doing so) with CPOs whose business profiles are very diverse. These operators:
- operate in different markets (US, UK, France, Nordics, BeNeLux, Singapore, etc.);
- vary in size (some operate a couple of hundred Charge Points while others - tens of thousands);
- have different levels of experience within the industry (some have started recently, others have been pioneers for more than a decade);
- are obligated to meet different regulations specific to the designated country in which they operate;
... and yet, through our work, we managed to verify a few common struggles - a homogenous group of problems - which CPOs face today.
These include:
- Lack of specialization and relevant expertise = Competent and constantly developing talent within the EV Charging/eMobility field is nearly impossible to find on the market today.
